Wren terms of service

Last updated October 28, 2026

Wren is booking software for a business run by one person. It is made by Tampa Bay Automation Co, a Florida limited liability company ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between us and you, the studio owner who signs up for Wren. By ticking the box on the sign-up form, or by using Wren, you agree to them.

Booking a session with a studio that runs on Wren? Your arrangement is with that studio, not with us. Its privacy page explains how your details are handled.

What you get

Your own booking page with live availability, deposits or payments, welcome and reminder emails, a page where your clients manage their own bookings, and an owner dashboard where Wren helps with cancellations, check-ins, inquiries, referrals and your settings. Each studio runs as its own service with its own storage.

One studio, one operator

Wren is built for a business run by one person: one owner, one calendar, one inbox. One subscription covers one studio, and only the email you signed up with can sign in. Wren isn't for studios with several teachers or staff sharing one account. Keep your sign-in email secure; anything done from it counts as done by you.

Price, trial and billing

Late payments and suspension

If a payment fails, you get a grace period (currently 14 days) to fix it. Your booking page keeps running the whole time. If it is still unpaid when the grace period ends, we suspend the service: your booking page and dashboard stop until the payment goes through. Your data stays where it is while suspended.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the billing link in your Wren emails, which opens Stripe's billing page. Your subscription runs to the end of the month you've paid for; after that the service is suspended like an unpaid one. We don't refund partial months.

Your deposits and payments

Money your clients pay you goes through your own Stripe account, which you connect to Wren with Stripe Connect (a Standard account that stays yours). It never passes through ours, and Wren takes no fee on it. Stripe's own terms and fees apply between you and Stripe. You are the seller: refunds to your clients, disputes, taxes and your cancellation policy are yours to decide and handle.

Your data

The AI-assisted features

Some features use an AI model to draft wording: an email offering a time that opened up, a check-in, a referral page, a proposal for an inquiry, a suggested settings change. The AI only suggests words and form values. Wren's own code decides who is offered what, which time, and at what price, and nothing it drafts is sent, published or applied until you approve it. Read what you approve: once you approve it, it's your message. When no AI is available, Wren uses plain templates instead.

Your responsibilities

Services we rely on

Wren runs on Stripe (payments and our billing), Resend (email), Railway (hosting), Anthropic (drafting) and, where enabled, an off-site backup store and an error-reporting service. Their outages can affect Wren, and we're not responsible for them. The privacy page lists what each one receives.

Changes to Wren and to these terms

We keep improving Wren and may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you keep using Wren after that, the new terms apply; if you don't agree, you can cancel.

Ending the agreement

You can end it at any time by cancelling. We can end it with 30 days' notice by email, or right away if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or don't pay. Either way, you can ask for your export before we delete your studio.

No warranty

Wren is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running and correct, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suited to any particular purpose, and we make no other warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost bookings, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for anything to do with Wren is limited to what you paid us for Wren in the 12 months before the claim.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and of the United States. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
